Chucky is no longer with the Flames but I am still a fan. Doc and I agreed to this deal before the sign and trade and I took a bit of a gamble on Tkachuk's new contract, but I'm happy with the extension he received. I don't think he will hit 100 points again but I'd be happy with around 70-80.
I give up a top prospect in Perfetti, who I think will play top 6 in Winnipeg as early as this year, but I feel like he's still a couple years away from being able to match Tkachuk's output. Horvat is cool and I'm sad to give him up, but not as cool as Tkachuk.
