As previously discussed, this means Foote is no longer eligible to be demoted. If you wish to keep him in the off-season, he will need to be one of your keepers.

That’s fine. He’s cheap, and he’s active. I have cap issues, and theres not much defense in free agency at less than $1mill. I’m comfortable promoting him permanently for now. But thanks for the heads up.
